#91 Tamron AF 18-200 with different name

I am using a Tamron AF 18-200. Lensfun has a profile for Tamron AF 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 XR Di II LD Aspherical [IF] (Macro), but my lens is reported as Tamron AF 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 XR Di II LD Aspherical [IF] Macro Model A14 with libexiv2. I am quite sure it's the same lens, but since the identifier differs for the parentheses around (Macro) and the Model A14 suffix, e.g. Darktable fails to automatically apply the lens correction parameters.

So i am asking you kindly to add the new identifier to lensfun's database, with the calibration data you already have from the lens with the other identifier.

The parentheses are ignored, so they do no harm. But I added the “A14”.
