There is no cIR protocol implementation at Symbian. So
we must go to the low level and implement our cIR
protocol. The lowest level we can go is Serial Infra
Red. In theory when we set the baud rate to 115.200 and
when we send 0x5b byte through the infra red. We must
get 38.5 khz. But in practice I cannot get this khz. I
tried lots of different bytes(check pulses.txt) and
still cannot get 38.5 khz.

Web sites related with cIR protocol.

Another important problem at this code is I cannot make
proper 417 microseconds delay. For solving this CTimer
class or Active Objects must be used.
