Multiple enemies cause new ones to not being drawn (minor)

Checked on Dungeon. There is a pit where skull-platforms come out of a wall. I tried to attack a splitter with legendary sword, making it split on four, wait until it grow back and repeat few times. At the last I were staying on a step chopping on jumping splitters (since they filled all the space).
After some time it caused the game to became visually slow. Then I returned to savepoint and when I attacked another splitter, its splitted parts just wasn't drawn but seem like were on place.
Though it's not critical and not necessary to fix, I reported it anyway in case you find such report useful.
There are other such minor bugs, should I report them too?

For example, when you try to take more than 30 items, game behave a bit strange.
Though, I modified Jacob's script before second walk-through to make him give Edgar legendary sword along with basic one, so I'm not sure if it's possible to have 30 items in normal game. But I think it probably is since one may keep few some items unneeded in later game like master key from fortress mine and light key from catacombs
