Discussion
Will probably eliminate a significant number of bugs as duplicate. Most of these access denied issues seem to be related to base_user not being granted. I will review this logic and see what can be done about it.
Interestingly there are no duplicate bugs relating here. But base_user being missing is the problem.
6676
