leafnode 1.9.31.rel has been released.

This update is recommended, it contains bug, build and portability
fixes. The major fix here is the timeout handling code which should
finally work now for more than one timeout per run of a program.

Note that you can subscribe to a moderated (non-spam) leafnode-announce
mailing list or you can watch file releases at sourceforge below, if you
want to be notified when new leafnode releases become available.

### BUGFIXES
o On non-BSD systems, only the first timeout was ever detected. Found and
  fixed by Richard van der Hoff.
o General signal handling fixes.
o Fix build when no system PCRE lib is available. Fix detection of
  -lpcre outside the system library path.
o When fetchnews is restarted after a crash that prevented updating the a=
ctive
  file, only print one "..as 12345 in de.test" line per group when storin=
g the
  article.
o Only fork() in fetchnews if fork() really works. Some systems (AmigaOS)=
 only
  support vfork(), which is not sufficient.
