Lately I've been having some interesting chats with ClaudeAI, so I ask IT what would be the best way to filter ads using dnamasq with the list provided by https://pgl.yoyo.org/adservers/serverlist.php?hostformat=dnsmasq-server&showintro=1 . After some sparring with IT, I finally asked ClaideAI if the default "server=/domain/ with no IP", in the yoyo list was the best way. To my surprise it answered NO --- "address=/domain/ with no IP" is better and faster since dnsmasq will resolve this immediately and answer NXDOMAIN. So a browser would not try anything else and stop the query immediately. That is what I added in the documentation. I would like your comments if you have any, and ever feel like giving some.
