[leaf-user] USB image file

Nine years ago, I made myself a Leaf CD. It still works. It's high time 
I upgraded to a newer version. I'd like to create a bootable USB drive. 
But I can't find the img files, namely Bering-uClibc_x86_ser.img and 
Bering-uClibc_x86_vga.img. It's strange, because the manual says you 
should start with that image.
