Release of LEAF Bering-uClibc 7.0.3-beta2

      Avoid reading uninitialized package database.
      Removed complicated signal level calculation in wpa.func
      Added mdev.conf to initrd. Removed hotplug.sh from initrd.
      Simplyfied mdev usage at boot time.

      Added modalias line to mdev.conf in etc to llow module
      Assert that mdev daemon serializes handling of uevents
      Added /dev/shm for tmpfs
      Stored configs with stamps from the toolchain compiler
