[Ldhat-help] lookup table

Hi,
I want to calculate rate of recombination and recombination hot spot using
LDhat.
I have SNP genotyping data for 400 line with >2000 markers.
which look up table should I used? Do I need to generate new? How can I
generate new look up table?
I am new to this analysis. Please help me.
