Hi,
I can not use LDCT 0.9.23 on a macbook pro running on OS X 10.6.8.
The support of JAVA is no longer assured, it must probably recompile the applet on my mac.
Is it possible to get a version of LDCT compatible mac os x 10.6.8?
Regards,
Well, you're asking about support for Java 6. LDCT requires Java version 7 or later as detailed in the readme text on the Files tab of this SourceForge project. I don't support Java 6 because the code uses features not in that version of Java.
I'm not a Mac guy but Java 7 appears to be available for OS X 10.7.3 and above. If you are unable to upgrade your OS X, then you can download all of the Java sources from this project and backport them to Java 6. I don't think this will be easy but certainly not impossible.
Because this "problem ticket" is not a problem with LDCT (it's a problem with an unsupported environment), I'm going to close this ticket. If you have further questions, please post them in the General Discussion forum of this project. I'll help there if I can.

Hi, Nicolas. Sorry you're having problems.
What version of the Java JRE is installed on your Mac?
Hi, thanks for reply.
My version is Java SE 6.
Java is no longer assured, I can't update this.
