i've created a new administrator, so i can have two login in my ldap, but when i tried to create a new user with my new admin account there's a notification error that show i was unable to create dn. i think it maybe becouse of my new admin cant acces the database to create the new user, how do i resolve it? please need your help

it looks like you have a problem with access rights which has to be resolved on the server side.
