I have uploaded a new version of the patch file which fixes this issue preliminarily by internally setting cmsFLAGS_NOOPTIMIZE as soon as cmsFLAGS_SLOPE_LIMIT_16 or cmsFLAGS_SLOPE_LIMIT_32 are specified.

If you already downloaded the patch file, please download it again.
