#105 if X > Y then display text command

if X >|<|=|<> Y then "display text" command, such as:

CPU Status:
$if($CPUUsage%,>,90,Over 90%)
$if($CPUUsage%,<,90,Normal)

or

Warnings:
$if($CPUUsage%,>,90,CPU High | )
$if($MemU%,>,90,Memory Low | )
$if($PageU%,>,90,Pagefile Low | )
$if($HDU%(C),>,90,HD Low | )

I think this would have huge advantages and be fairly
simple to add to the program.
