[Lcdproc-announce] LCDproc 0.5.7-pre1 is now available

Hello everyone,

A new release candidate of the next stable version of LCDproc is now available for download on Sourceforge: lcdproc-0-5-7-pre1. It contains several new HD44780 connection types for use with LCDs connected to a Raspberry Pi and other small fixes.

Please give it a try and report back any problems. The final release is scheduled for April, 20th.
