New Release 1.1.2

Fixed several bugs in ScrollerWidget and included some enhancements such as an Interface for logging to allow the default LogManager class to be overridden by a custom class implementing the interface.

New Release 1.1.0

Version 1.1.0 was released and committed to the SVN. This version brings with it support for IconWidgets as well as other minor bug fixes and tweaks.

First version released.

The first release version has been uploaded and is available under the Files section: LCD_API-1.0.0.jar.

Documentation under the wiki has been added including a "getting started" guide and some examples to get started using the API.

New Sourceforge Project!

At this point in time, LCD_API has most of it's features coded and tested. While developing the API a separate executable was developed to utilize the API code called JavaProc that performs similar functionality to the lcdproc software, but allowing a user to customize screen layouts using YAML configurations.

I have been a user of lcdproc for several years and always found the hard-coded screens frustrating. There were also times when I have wanted to create my own clients, and found that implementing the LCDd protocol repetitive.
