Lazarus 0.9.18 released

Lazarus is a IDE and RAD tool for the FreePascal compiler, similar to Delphi, and runs on Linux, MacOSX, FreeBSD and Windows.
New Features: lzbuild - command line tool to compile projects and packages, improvements for the new interfaces QT, carbon, gtk2, WinCE, better online help and hundreds of minor improvements.
