#310 Support high DPI

I am running win 7 in Parallels on a macbook pro with retina display. Most apps look fine, but a few (Launchy included) show up very tiny on the screen. I am pretty sure this is because these apps are not supporting a high DPI mode.

    +1 for this feature.

    Squinting isn't even an option on my Surface Book's 3000x2000 display, it's simply unreadable. I've been a happy Launchy user for many years, but without this bug fixed, I'll have to go back to using the Start Menu (oh horror)...
