So I made a custom skin for myself and it's nearly perfect, there's just one tiny problem:
You see that small bar that looks like the opaque launchy bar and alternative search bar are intersecting? Well they're not. There is literally nothing where that slightly less opaque bar is and I would like to remove it. Does anyone know what causes this? Does it have something to do with the Background and Mask layers? My Alpha layer is completely blank.

A late answer : It's the alternative path background wich overlaps the input rectangle.
