    I'm using Launchy on Kubuntu 8.04 x86_64.

When launching items from the K Menu, Launchy seems to treat the arguments as part of the filename.

Items whose command consists of a single word work fine, but if I try to launch Kate for example, I get the following error:

Unable to run the command specified. The file or folder file:///usr/bin/kate --use does not exist.

    or Gwenview:

Unable to run the command specified. The file or folder file:///usr/bin/gwenview -caption /usr/bin/gwenview %i %m does not exist.

Seeing the same thing exactly. Ah well I gave it /usr/bin to chew on and it works, but you end up losing the icons. And your second link must lead to a hidden post. Hopefully this will be fixed in the next version.

I too am having this problem. I tried checking the link in the post right after, but it said I don't have the clearance to view it. Sucky. I really want a fix for this. God forbid I want to execute a link that requires gksu to run with an argument.

      Halp!

I have the same exact problem. Does anyone have a solution to this? Im thinking about filing a bug.

    I am running Kubuntu 9.10.
