Practically, this means that Launchy is unable to access files in system32 directory. For example, on XP64, when trying to launch one of the "Administrative Tools" (.msc files) Launchy always launches Event Viewer and - this is going to sound bizzare - the shortcut is CHANGED to launch eventvwr.msc. I can't imagine why this happens but I assume that OS somehow alters the shortcut because it's launched by 32-bit application. Yes, it's really weird.
I wish there was Launchy64 or at least Launchy that can handle file system redirection.

Launchy is 32-bit and is subject to file system redirection on x64 systems (XP64, Vista64, Windows 7 64-bit etc). The following MSDN article describes this behaviour - http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa384187%28VS.85%29.aspx.

I second the desperate wish for a x64 Launchy. Please Please Please. I love this app but need to run a x64 OS and it is very limiting.
It also freaks when you invoke shortcuts to \Program Files\ (as opposed to \Program Files (x86)\).
