#490 Text file is opened with the wrong software

In linux, some .txt files (I created them on Windows) are opened with my default text editor whereas other .txt files are opened with Firefox. I want to open all of them with my default text editor.

From my file browser (PCManFM) all files are opened with my default text editor.

I'm on lubuntu-14.04-desktop-amd64.

I have disabled the plugin Weby with no different result.
