#188 3.12 issue - JRE detection

3.12 has an issue where executables produced cannot detected the JRE installed.
When I use 3.11, the executables produced start working.

Please run 3.12 with --l4j-debug and attach the log file.

Try 3.13 - there is not enough details to reproduce, and the next release will have some fixes.
