Could you please publish the latest release 3.11 to MavenCentral?
It would really help like in TheBoegl/gradle-launch4j#52.

3.11 is now staging, can you please have a look if everything is OK, especially the linux-64 package?

It works on a CI build and in my test environment.We could wait for another feedback, but I think it is OK to release it to Central.
