#156 EXE file doesn't launch the jar

I have successfully created EXE using Launch4j, unfortunately executing exe doesn't fire the app and provides no output in a console.
java - jar my.jar run sucessfully.

How can I know what is wrong?

My java version:
java version "1.8.0_101"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_101-b13)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.101-b13, mixed mode)

I think by now you have fixed this issue already.
Should you need further help, please provide a log file: Just call your created executable with
--l4j-debug-all
