#142 Default language is Finnisch instead of English

On a fresh, unbound instance of net.sf.launch4j.config.VersionInfo the call to getLanguage returns Finnish instead of English as the default language. (Not reproducible in Gui, diccovered during incorporation into launch4j-maven-plugin.)
