#19 key binding and some misc option not working

well, from gracia, they've introduced ingame shortcut key manager.
it ignores setting of shortcuts in user.ini (eg. ScrollLock=ShowRadii and so on), so shotcut keys for activating zoomhack, and colision area are not working.

i'm still leaving this options in lau for elder chronicles (kamael,interlude), and if i found out something, how get arround this behviour in gracia, i'll update the code.

also, some interface option (like zoomhack) must be activated trough l2 console (in fact unreal engine console). well, it's task i'm giving myself, to get trough this, in some future realese.

so, suppose you should leave these settings in user.ini files for elder chronicles and do not even show it if kamael of gracia are chosen because after I played with settings for user.ini it even disabled print screen key :-( I had to restore file from original client...And for interlude client it must be set as for c4 (user.ini) because the elder version 1.4 works fine as with c4 so does with interlude.

well, i will possibly remove support for elder chronicles, and will only support Chaotic thrones (kamael, gracia and other upcoming), in new releases, and maybe i remove support in current 1.6.8. so latest version supporting interlude will be 1.6.6

i'm currently not playing on any Interlude server, so i depend on reports from other people in this and it's little hard to mantain compatibility
