When I try to run latexeqedit from a non-admin account, it is failing with the message:
Cannot open file "C:\Program Files\MiKTeX2.9\miktex\bin\latex_eq_edit_tmp.png"
I suspect the problem is that I cannot write to that directory. I also can't find a way to change the default location for the file to someplace that is writeable by a non-admin account.
