During all attempts to install LanguageTool 1.4 into LibreOffice 3.3.3 I keep getting an error that says: "Could not create Java implementation loader" This computer has Windows 7 Home Premium and Java Version 6 update 26 loaded on it. All other specs are available on request.

Have you tried the suggestions at http://www.languagetool.org/issues/ ?

I have gone through the suggested website and I'm still having the same issue.

May be user name in Windows contains non-ASCII character?

Is your Java 64-bit or 32-bit? 64-bit Java does NOT work with LO (and OOo neither), as these programs are built only in 32-bit binaries for Windows.

RE: milek_pl: That'd explain it. I have 64-bit Java. Any chance that a 64-bit binary will be produced?

jesteranime: you can compile LO yourself as 64-bit, and maybe there are 64-bit builds. But the easiest option is to install Java 1.6.0_32 32-bit on Win7/64-bit. It works here perfectly.

It's not LanguageTool's problem, closing as invalid, but thanks for raising this problem. I'll update the FAQ.
