Language maintenance tools for PHP
==================================

for easy create multinational applications
------------------------------------------

I created this tools because I needed something for maintenance 
language files in my another application SerWeb 
(http://www.iptel.org/ser/serweb/). So I will be happy if this tools 
will be useful for somebody else. But currently I am not planning to 
do some else changes in this tools until I will need some new feature. 
I have not time to care of it.
