[Lame-dev] any example about mp3->mp3 for changing stereo into mono, resample 44.1khz to 8khz, and 128kpbs -> 32kbps?

as known to all, generally mp3 file has stereo, 44.1khz, 128kbps, now, i want to use lame to downsample it on 8khz, 32kbps, and mono, how?
