Greetings developers,
i've added support for Dibrom's alt-presets in lame_enc.dll .
the implementation is basicly an enhancement of the LAME_QUALTIY_PRESET enumartion.

here are the new enumarations :
{
        ALTP_CBR                  =20000,
        ALTP_STANDARD     =21000,
        ALTP_FAST_STANDARD=21100,
        ALTP_EXTREME      =22000,
        ALTP_FAST_EXTREME =22100,
        ALTP_INSANE               =23000,
        ALTP_ABR                  =24000,
} 

please review my code, and consider adding it to v3.92.
the source-code can be found on my webpage.
