I'm not sure if we should change the id from XING to something else in case
of cbr, but...
If it was needed, I'd prefer something like XTAG (eXtended TAG) instead of
LAME. Imho LAME is a little too Lame-centric. I mean that this tag could
also be used by other encoders (Gogo?), so it would perhaps be better to use
something more generic as sync word.

Btw I personnally think that we should keep adding tags even in case of CBR.
But we also need to finish totally this tag thing before going to beta
(delay at start and end). Too bad there's only 24h per day...
