#485 ID3 tag "Album Artist" unsupperted

The ID3 tag "Album Artist" which is used e.g. for compilation abums, is not supported in LAME. Please add support for this for all version of ID3 which support this tag. Since this is more in terms of Artist than Album, I would like to propose the option --tA for this with the description on the man page

--tA albumartist

audio/song album artist

Probably this is supported only from a certain version 2 of ID3 onwards. This should be mentioned in between brackets afther the explaination.

you can add album artist:
--tv "TXXX=ALBUM ARTIST=Michael Jackson"

Thanks. From which version? I don't see it in the man page for version 3.99.5+repack1-9build1 for Ubuntu.
