When ripping a CD if there is not enough disk space for
the track being ripped Lame simply hangs.
It took me three attempts before I had a look at the disk
and realized there was not enough memory left for the
operation.
As soon as I switched to another drive it worked.
The condition can be tested by ripping an album to a
near full disk and waiting... once the disk is full it will
simply hang and tell you nothing about the condition
that caused tha hang.
There is no need for a file as this can be tested with any
file as long as the disk condition is true and the file is big
enough to fill the remaining disk space.

LAME also HANGS on my Machine after 4 or Files Converting
from WAVE to MP3. Freezes the WIN98SE Machine. Hafta
reboot everytime. It also Doesn't DELETE the Source File after
the operation either. FIX it already!

The first bug report is perfectly valid, and will be considered.
However, the second report about Lame hanging using
undescribed options when encoding an undescribed input file
on an undescribed computer can not be considered to be
valid. Anyway this is probably related to some stability
issues on the host computer.
Regarding source file deletion, Lame is an mp3 encoder, not
a wav file remover.

I have been unable to reproduce the bug.
