www.myopenid.com now announces that the service will be withdrawn on 1st Feb 2014.
Remove support for this AuthN mechanism from the login palette and take out any code
that specifically supports myopenid.
Using the patch provided I have manually commented out the OpenID providers that are no longer available and committed this as r716. The patch would have created an invalid JSON object as you cannot have a comma after the last element in an object.

Check our hosted services to see if anyone is registered with a myOpenID account (if that's possible).
I suppose this is a good point to review whether the other providers in the login palette are still alive. Take out any dead ones.
ClaimID is dead too.
And Vidoop went out of business at the end of May 2009!
I suggest the attached patch to docs/openid/openid.js
We could remove the associated .ico files from images too.
This will resolve http://sourceforge.net/p/labtrove/bugs/136 too.

Then it's a good job that I get my hamfisted offerings reviewed by someone that knows what they are doing :-)
And NetBeans warned me too.
While you are at it, can you get rid of the duplicate Verisign entry?
All obsolete providers removed from openid.js in r716/r721
