#37 Missing files in src212.zip

Hi there. I'm just checking out Kyra for the first
time. It appears that there are files missing in the
zip file. I can't build all the demos in the \tests
directory as space.h isn't there.
I know I came across another file that seemed to be
missing, but I'm afraid I can't now remember where or
what it was.

Looks like a great product though, despite this :)

OOOPS! Please ignore my foolish post - I think I have just
worked out why the file seemed to be missing :)

Yes, bem.h is also missing.

It is also required to install the SDL image add-on. It's not included in the standard SDL download and the Kyra documentation doesn't mention it either.
