Sorry for the lack of clarity-"Select and play" would be
preferable. I don't know if this was clear, also, but the
feature would be dependent upon which category was already
selected, so if you were looking at shooters, it would
randomly select and play a shooter.
This is another feature request, but it is related. Could
there be an "Unplayed" category, like the already existing
"Played" category?. These two features combined means that
you go play all the games in random order.

I think a "Select random ROM" function without auto-play
would be pretty cool. One could check the snapshot, then
chose to play or jump to the next random in an instant.
Limiting the random ROM to the current category and adding
an "unplayed originals" category would be perfect, but is
optional.
