I know that I may be doing something stupid, but I can not get the win7 partition to show in Dolphin. It does show my backup partition(win7), but not the main one. Do I need to be log in as root to see it?. Thanks. I tested many distros, but this is my favorite.
I got another question: I have 2 wifi connections. One build in Intel105N and Alfa usb. I use most of the time the Alfa. In win7, I disable the driver for internal. Can I blacklisted the iwlwifi module?. That would prevent the inetrnal to load, but the usb should work?. Thanks.

Never mind, do not have win7 any more. Kweezy only on my hdd. Found out, that KDE will not let you see the win7 partition ( so you do not mess up) unless you log in as root.

Yes, but there may be ways around that deliberate restriction. Anyways, sounds like you no longer need it.

As for your wifi, you could try disabling it in BIOS. As you boot the laptop, press F2 or DELETE keys, or whatever it is for your brand/model until you get into the BIOS options. Look around and try to find a disable wifi/wireless option. Otherwise you can blacklist it using following command as root:

        echo "blacklist iwlwifi" > /etc/modprobe.d/iwlwifi-blacklist.conf
