#3 Individual metric conversions

Canadian aviation is an ungodly mix of metric and
imperial units. It would be great if I could choose
which items to convert to metric.

Specifically, I would like to have:
temperature in celsius
cloud height in feet
pressure in "Hg
windspeed in knots
