#2 loses information in small or tiny size

It would be nice if kweather continued to display the
temperature (and possibly other information) even in
the smaller size taskbars.

I'm using 2.99 under KDE 2.2.

I'm using kweather 4:3.4.12-2 under KDE 5.45 and the display
is also too narrow to show all the digits in the farenheight
display. The left side of the display cuts off half the
number in the 10's position. The right side of the display
cuts the capital "F" in half.
