#12 Port DCOP support to DBUS

Kuroo had a DCOP api to allow programmatic access without linking to the application directly. This provided some level of automation support beyond what kuroo offers in the UI. This is all commented out since the KDE4 port, and should be migrated to DBUS at least with similar functionality, and possibly more later.
