There were changes to some config files in portage like:

/etc/make.profile
/etc/make.conf

etc. and Kuroo4 0.90.4 doesn't honor them

I remember hearing about make.conf being moved to /etc/portage/, but I don't think there were any changes to the format of the file. Would you mind adding a link or describing the specific problems you're seeing?

All those files are now under /etc/portage, and kuroo doesn't seem to find any of them. I just installed kuroo (Gentoo linux) and it claims every package is not available in Portage tree anymore! and in configure/kuroo, all the make.conf entries are empty.

Made the change and dol-sen was kind enough to push the ebuild to portage.
