Have debian woody, KDE 2.1.2, Qt (2.3). Make was clean,
no errors during compile or install. What's wrong?

Which distribution did you use?
I have had the same problem with Mandrake 8.1 and I have
solved it. I now have ksql2 working under KDE2.2.
