#1 open file browser if no song/playlist commandline parameter

Even if neither a song nor a playlist is passed to
ksmp3play as a commandline parameter, do not exit; open
the file browser (calling show_filebrowser()) instead.

PS: this patch is only a hack, really, and might have
unforeseen side effects.
