#78 Highlight icons of windows that would blink the taskbar

When you receive a message in Kopete, for example, the
button for the window in kicker normally blinks to
attract your attention. It would be great if this could
be implemented in ksmoothdock, too, as then it would
work as a full replacement for kicker.

It could just flash the icon, or zoom it, or any other
way, but there has to be -some- indication. :)
