Ksetiwatch, the monitoring tool and work unit manager for the SETI@home project, has been ported to KDE3. Backwards compatibility is ensured, so this release compiles for both KDE2 and KDE3. In addition to the porting work, minor feature enhancements and bug fixes have been made. The source code is now fully documented (API documentation can be generated with doxygen). Ksetiwatch has now been officially ported to FreeBSD. A package with version 2.2.0 can be downloaded from the FreeBSD ftp site (for details, see http://ksetiwatch.sourceforge.net\). An update to the most recent version (2.2.1) will be available soon.
A new version of Ksetiwatch, the monitoring tool for the SETI@home project, is available. Among many other new features, Ksetiwatch 2.2.0 now keeps track of all interesting signals returned to the SETI@home server, and provides
detailed statistics.

No new features, but great care has been taken to ensure that everything is functioning as expected. The only noticeable difference is that Gaussian graphs are now saved in the PNG file format, thereby saving precious space on your harddisk.
