#3 variables in php5 class should be protected

I'd like to extend the stock kses5 class but can't do
anything useful with it because the member variables
are defined as private. Please make them protected so
that I can usefully extend this class.

It's not a bad idea. I think that there'll also have to be
some modification to the methods for extension purposes.
I'll try to have a patch up soon.
