[Krimpy-develop] XML DTD

Would it be advantageous to put the XML DTD file up in a central location, 
such as the krimpy.sourceforge.net site, and reference that file in the 
local XML file?  Jackie and I were discussing the pros and cons of that.

We really would like to see the library database in XML to remove the 
dependency on the Access MDB file.  Do you agree with going forward with 
that?
