On the fly would be nice, but this needs some changes on the vcdimager side
too. At the moment I thought about creating the cue/bin thing and tell the CD
Project to use it.

Would it be a design flaw, or can I just add a methode setCueBin(Cuefilename,
BinFilename) and hand those files directly to the cdrdao call on write,
instead of creating our own tracklist ?
