Hi

I commit some major changes to improve DAO support and allow CD copy
including ISRC and MCN codes and pregap. I had to disable cdparanoia for
now until I find a solution that works with cdparanoia. Index mark
copies will be possible as soon as the data structures in kreatecd can
store index marks 

We need the GUI elements for pregap etc. very soon now.
